Return & Replacement Policy

Perfume and perfume oils are personal care products, so opened or used products cannot be returned.

Replacement is available only if:

  • Wrong product received
  • Damaged or leaked product received
  • Missing item in package

Please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos or an unboxing video.

Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be cancelled only before they are packed or shipped.
